These trade terms set the baseline expectations for quotations, itinerary proposals, and bookings discussed through this website.

Trade-only positioning

Idcibidci ehf operates as a B2B Iceland destination management company and ground partner. This website is intended for travel agencies, tour operators, and MICE planners.

Quotations

• quotations are issued subject to availability at the time of confirmation
• pricing may change if hotels, transport, entrances, taxes, or exchange assumptions change before confirmation
• suggested itineraries, timings, and inclusions are proposal-stage materials until confirmed in writing

Booking status

No booking is confirmed until Idcibidci issues written confirmation. Space held with hotels, transport providers, or activity partners may expire if not confirmed by the stated deadline.

Supplier dependency

All programs depend on third-party supplier availability, weather, road conditions, and operational safety in Iceland. We may recommend route, timing, or service substitutions where required to protect the running of the trip.

Payment and cancellation

Deposit schedules, final payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and any client-specific commercial terms are provided with the formal quotation or booking confirmation. Those transaction documents govern the final booking.
